1×1 online coaching will set you up on a personalized program that can be adjusted at any time. You will be given access to my email to stay in contact for any questions throughout the program and one scheduled zoom call a week. This program will cater to you and your goals always allowing an opportunity to be adjusted depending on your progression.

Hi, my name is Seth Green. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and I am very excited to help anyone looking to get started on their fitness journey or anyone looking to further their current level in health and fitness.

My Journey began when I was 14 years old working out in my parents basement. I always played sports growing up, but even though I was fairly athletic I was never very big as a kid. My dad had a set of weights and a bench set up in the basement that my brother and I would sometimes mess with, but not have a clue what we were doing. My older brother Nick started to watch some youtube videos and learn how to workout properly and after about a year got me into it as well. We would spend hours a day learning how to effectively exercise and eventually fell in love with strength training. Over the years strength training has remained a staple in my training routine and has played a huge part in muscle development and overall physical capability.

As I got older and began working it didn’t take long to realize I wanted to work in the fitness industry. Health and fitness is where the majority of my attention would stay focused so I decided to get certified as a personal trainer to help anyone I could reach their own goals. I spent nearly 3 years working for a commercial gym where I would meet and work with countless people with different goals and different starting points. I have worked with weight loss, strength/muscle development, balance/stability and elderly clients as well. 

I have now decided to expand to not only one on one training in person, but also online training to help as many people reach their fitness goals as possible. It’s always exciting to work with anyone looking to improve themselves and I look forward to helping you reach your own personal goal!
